You can activate your ticket a number of ways, however the easiest way is by using the GA App.
- Download the GA App from the Android Play Store or iStore.
- Open the app then click on My Tickets.
- Select Smartcard circle containing 3 lines.
- Hold your ticket to the NFC area on the back of your phone.
Note: tickets are not saved on your phone.
You can also activate a ticket by tapping at the ticket barriers, using a ticket machine, or the platform validators which are located at the entrances of platforms.
